The Future of Work x Behavioural Science

In 2020, MoreThanNow was awarded an Innovate UK Sustainable Innovation Grant to bring an experimental approach to the workplace in the wake of Covid-19. We aimed to show how a scientific approach to culture change can support the UK’s socio-economic recovery, using a randomised controlled experiment at Nationwide Building Society as our case study.
